Perhaps your marriage is stuck in a rut or falling apart and you want to save, restore and even enhance your emotional connection.
If you’ve grown distant & discouraged in your relationship, emotionally focused couples therapy can help you & your partner become more emotionally engaged & responsive to each other.
Over the last decade, I’ve helped many distressed teens, adults, couples, and families heal emotional injuries, repair conflicts and create greater closeness and intimacy with their loved ones.
With graduate degrees in Mental Health Counseling AND Marriage & Family Therapy, I specialize in treating most mental health issues (e.g., depression, anxiety, ADHD) and relationship problems (e.g., affairs, intimacy, trust issues; communication & parenting challenges).
I am also a trained and certified educator of Dr. John Gottman’s “Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work” curriculum.
In addition to my training in the the Gottman Method, I also have extensive post-graduate training in Emotionally Focused Therapy.
Professional memberships include the American Counseling Association (ACA), The International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEFT), the American Association of Marriage & Family Therapy (AAMFT), and the International Association of Marriage & Family Counselors (IAMFC).
